We ship stock rings within 24 to 48 hours of order. If the ring is custom-made, a manufacturing lead-time of 3 to 4 weeks is required. For pre-orders, lead times vary according to model. You'll find more information under each product description. Delivery is by Chronopost or DHL, with tracking and insurance.
Can I return or exchange my ring if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange your ruby ring. The jewel must be in perfect condition, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Returns are free in France and fully refunded once the product has been checked. For an exchange, please contact our customer service department.
