How long does it take to deliver an in-stock ring?

Our in-stock rings ordered before 3am are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next day. You will receive your jewel within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the carrier you choose.

How long does it take to make a ring to order?

For a made-to-order ring, please allow 3 to 4 weeks. Contact us if you have an urgent request, we'll do our best to satisfy you.

How do I return a ring if it doesn't suit me?

You have 30 days to return your jewelry, in new condition and in its original packaging.
In France, returns are free of charge with a label provided. Outside France, returns are at your expense and will be reimbursed in full upon receipt.

What if I need a large or very small size?

We can custom-make any solid gold ring design in your size, whether small or large. Contact our team for more information.

Do you offer easy payment for ring purchases?

Can I give a ring directly to another person (gift-wrapped, separate invoice)?

Of course you can. You can specify a billing address different from the shipping address. We only send invoices by email to guarantee confidentiality and to enable you to offer your jewel directly to the person you want: your ring will be carefully wrapped in elegant gift-wrapping.

Can I receive a certificate of authenticity with my ring?

Yes, a certificate of authenticity can be sent with your order to attest to the quality and origin of the materials.
