Do you offer customization options for emerald rings?
All our rings in stock are shipped the same day if ordered before 3am. Depending on the carrier chosen, delivery is estimated to take between 24 and 48 hours. For rings made to order, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production.
How long does it take to deliver an emerald ring from stock?
Yes, some of our emerald rings can be customized, in particular by adjusting the setting or the metal (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum). Contact our customer service department for more information.
How can I determine my ring size?
We provide you with a virtual sizer to help you choose the right size. You can also order a physical baguier if required.

As emerald is a delicate gemstone, we recommend avoiding chemicals and shocks. Clean your ring with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
Can I return or exchange a ring if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to make a return or exchange.
Jewelry must be new and unworn, with its original packaging. Returns from France are free of charge.
Are your emeralds certified?
Yes, our Zambian emeralds are selected with the greatest care and can be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on request, specifying origin and carat.
Do you offer engraving services on rings?
Yes, engraving is only available on solid gold rings. Contact our customer service department to personalize your jewelry.
