Pendants, wedding necklaces, to celebrate a birthday, a birth or an anniversary, a surprise for Valentine's Day, a gift for Mother's Day - every special moment can be immortalized in the creation of a unique, personalized piece of jewelry.
We are able to create a custom necklace according to your specific wishes, a design you have imagined, or create a personalized adaptation of an existing model within our collection (adjusting the size of the necklace, changing the alloy, using different stones or different sizes...).
We will assist and advise you at every stage of the design of your necklace.
Step 1: Tell us about your project
Would you like to create a necklace for yourself, your loved ones or to mark a special occasion?
Contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the page to tell us about your project, your desires, your desired specifications (necklace style, design, shape, material, stones, dimensions, budget, etc.) and perhaps even share a sketch.
This initial exchange will give us the opportunity to understand your expectations as fully as possible. We promise to get back to you within 48 working hours.
Step 2: Visualizing the 3D model
Once the specifications have been confirmed, our designer will create a 3D model of your necklace, using dedicated software and based on the guidelines you provide. We will then send you renderings of the 3D model so that you can take a closer look at the final result of your piece of jewelry.
You will have the opportunity to request slight modifications to the model to perfect your necklace. Once this stage is complete, you'll have the exact design and specifications for your necklace. We will then be able to provide you with a detailed quotation.
If you wish to create a new model, the 3D model is not mandatory, but highly recommended. On the other hand, if you wish to customize an existing Mayuri model, the creation of a 3D model is optional.
This 3D visualization is subject to a €50 fee, deductible from the final invoice if your order is validated. Please allow an average of one week for this step.
Step 3: Making your custom necklace
Once your necklace design has been validated, our expert craftsmen will start making your custom-made necklace using their traditional craftsmanship skills.
Our specialists take care to select the highest quality materials and gemstones (AAA for colored stones and G/H VVS1 for diamonds).
This stage usually takes around 5 weeks (or 3 weeks if you are simply customizing an existing design).
Step 4: Delivery of your jewelry
The necklace of your dreams will then be delivered to you within 48 hours in a gift box, accompanied by a chamois cloth for care, and a Mayuri certificate of authenticity.

2) Adapting an existing design: You've spotted an existing design in our collection, but you'd like to add your own personal touch. Perhaps you'd like to replace the center stone with a more imposing gem, or change the color of a blue sapphire for a dazzling orange sapphire. Or perhaps you'd like to add more stones for a more brilliant effect, or modify the shape or style for a unique touch. Whatever change you have in mind, we're here to make it happen and adapt the model to your wishes.
