A certificate of authenticity of the gold jewel will accompany your order ;)

Warranty Mayuri takes effect from the date of delivery of the product.

To obtain this warranty, your jewelry must be the result of a hidden manufacturing defect, a manufacturing defect, a broken clasp or chain, one or more stones to be set, or the polishing of your jewelry. All our jewels are handcrafted in a traditional way, and in a concern of the highest quality. As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will examine it carefully to follow up on a repair or to return a new product to replace it. Mayuri will keep you informed of the follow-up.

 

NOTES
In the event that you have lost a stone, the guarantee Mayuri will not apply.

 

However, we invite you to contact us because every concern has its solution ;) and Mayuri takes care of its customers.

To use this warranty contact customer service MayuriYou can send us an email to the following address: info@mayuri.fr indicating in the subject line of your email: Guarantee Mayuri - Your order number.

Once the team Mayuri validates you the guarantee by return of e-mail, it only remains for you to send us back your jewel, preferably in its original box so that the jewel arrives in its state.

Mayuri will send you all the information required to return the package.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items under warranty.

Please note that this commercial warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Abnormal or improper use and faulty operation;
  • Deterioration due to a handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes;
  • In the event of abnormal maintenance operations or in the event of a lack of maintenance and hygiene;
  • In case of natural wear and tear;
  • Interventions carried out on the jewellery by any person not mandated by Customer Service as well as any damage resulting from such an intervention.

If the Mayuri guarantee cannot intervene in the repair of your jewelry, Mayuri can still offer you an estimate for the repair of the product. Please contact customer service Mayuri in order to explain to them in detail the condition of the product and the supposed repairs to be expected.
